My health journey
A personal cancer diagnosis served as the pivotal turning point, shifting the focus from a long-term career in finance to the rigorous study of Nutrition Science. This experience highlighted the critical need for a more comprehensive, integrative approach to wellness.
After multiple surgeries with complications while living in Paris, I found myself with questions that conventional medicine simply couldn't answer. When I sought guidance on preventing recurrence, I found the answers deeply outdated, disconnected from decades of emerging nutritional science. That wasn't good enough for me, so I took matters into my own hands.
I have lived on both sides of the Atlantic, moving between France and the US throughout my life, and in France, food is inseparable from identity. Charcuterie, aged cheeses, pastries, wine: these are not indulgences, they are daily life. Reimagining how I nourished myself within that culture required real courage and creativity. But the results were undeniable: I lost weight while eating more, my energy transformed, and my spirit lifted. That is when I truly understood: Food is medicine.
Living between two culinary worlds shaped me into someone who questions convention and embraces a more expansive view of what health can look like.
My studies and clinical training gave me the science. My own journey gave me the empathy. Together, they are the foundation of everything I bring to my clients.
I've Been Where You Are!
I intimately understand the fear and uncertainty that comes with serious health struggles.
I know the frustration of seeking answers and feeling unheard when symptoms are treated in isolation.
My own experience fuels a commitment to treating the whole person, ensuring every client receives the comprehensive care required for true recovery.
My journey is a testament to the power of health and wellness, an invitation to prioritize your well-being and unlock your full potential.
