GI-MAP - Comprehensive Stool Analysis
What it measures: gut microbiome composition, pathogenic bacteria, parasites, yeast, viral markers, digestive function, inflammation markers and intesting health indicators.
Recommended for: persistent digestive symptoms, suspected dysbiosis, autoimmune presentations, skin conditions, or ongoing inflammation of unclear origin.
MIRA - Cycle & Hormone Tracking
What it is: an at-home device that measures luteinizing hormone (LH), estrone-3-glucuronide (E3G), and pregnanediol glucuronide (PdG) in urine across the menstrual cycle.
MIRA provides daily data on hormonal patterns over weeks or months, especially useful for irregular cycles, fertility tracking, perimenopause patterns, and confirming ovulation.
Recommended for: cycle irregularities, fertility planning or challenges, perimenopause assessment, or when we need cycle-mapped data to refine a hormone protocol.
DUTCH - Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones
What it measures: sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and their metabolites, the cortisol pattern across the day, melatonin, and organic acids related to neurotransmitter and methylation status.
Recommended for: suspected hormonal imbalances, perimenopause and menopause, PMS/PMDD, fatigue patterns, sleep disruption, or suspected adrenal dysregulation.
OAT - Organic Acid Test
What it measures: a broad metabolic snapshot including markers of mitochondrial energy production, neurotransmitter precursors, gut yeast and bacterial overgrowth, B-vitamin status, oxalate levels, and detoxification capacity.
Recommended for: unexplained fatigue, brain fog, cognitive or mood changes, suspected nutrient depletion, or as a complement to GI-MAP when the clinical picture is complex.
3x4 Genetics - Nutrigenomic Testing
What it measures: genetic variants across pathways related to nutrient metabolism, detoxification, methylation, inflammation, and hormone processing.
Genetics describe tendencies; lifestyle, nutrition, and environment determine outcomes. Results help us understand why one person may respond to a nutrient or strategy differently than another and can help refine recommendations.
Recommended for: clients with complex or treatment-resistant presentations, family histories of relevant chronic disease, or those interested in deeper personalization once foundational protocols are in place.
Food Sensitivity Profile
What it measures: immune-mediated inflammatory responses to specific foods and food chemicals.
Recommended for: digestive symptoms that don't respond to foundational gut work, persistent skin or autoimmune presentations, or when an elimination diet is otherwise difficult to design.
Mold Toxicity Panel
What it measures: urinary mycotoxin metabolites associated with environmental mold exposure.
Recommended for: clients with documented or suspected exposure to water-damaged buildings combined with unexplained chronic symptoms (fatigue, cognitive changes, sinus or respiratory issues, sensitivity to environments).
